type `必填`	String	The type of the action. Should be set to `RUN_NEXT_PIPELINE`.
next_pipeline `必填`	Pipeline	The next pipeline that will be executed.
revision `必填`	String	Can be one of `HEAD` or `INHERIT`.
comment	String	The next pipeline execution comment.
